Jim Irwin continues to represent Darden Restaurants in the acquisition of restaurant sites for Olive Garden, Red Lobster and Longhorn Steakhouse. Fort Smith Pavilion is home to a new Longhorn Steakhouse. Olive Garden recently opened in Jonesboro in front of the Mall at Turtle Creek. Additional opening announcements will be forthcoming.
Ron Tabor has completed two transactions this year for new Sonic restaurants in Little Rock at the intersections of Geyer Springs and Interstate 30 and Colonel Glenn and South University.
Jim Irwin assisted award-winning local restaurant The Purple Cow with an expansion into the Hot Springs market. The new location at Fairgrounds Crossing opened with great success.
Jeff Yates has assisted Dicks Sporting Goods with a Hot Springs location that opened in 2009 and with two stores soon to be announced for 2011 openings. Jeff continues to evaluate locations for additional stores.

Greg Joslin successfully negotiated several leases for office space in downtown Little Rock and on the west side of Little Rock. Completed transactions include Southwestern Energy Corporation, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, ValueOptions, Chesapeake Energy Corporation, Nalco, CDM Environmental Engineers, Arkansas Center for Health Improvement, Cox Communications, Brent Stevenson and Associates, Arkansas Independent Producers and Royalty Owners Association, and Arkansas Public School Resource Center.
Greg Joslin also assisted the Arkansas Forestry Association with their purchase of a building in downtown Little Rock.

Jim Irwin is marketing the 300-acre Steele Crossing commercial development located in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The mixed-use development includes office, retail, restaurant, and multi-family projects.

Jeff Yates and Nichole Matthews were successful in concluding a priority deadline assignment to secure a location for a new 600-student charter school in time for the school to open on schedule.
