This building was developed for FamilyLife for their corporate offices. The project included acquiring 8 acres of land and constructing the building. The site fronts Cantrell Road/Highway 10 and is situated within “The Ranch” development. The building consists of 100,000 square feet.
Transamerica Worksite Marketing (AEGON USA)

This project was completed for Transamerica Worksite Marketing, a member of the AEGON Insurance Group. It included the acquisition of 17-acres of land in Westlake Corporate Park for a corporate office campus. A three-story, 105,000 square foot office building was constructed with expansion land available for a second building of the same size as part of a master-planned campus.

Pavilion Centre is located in the West Little Rock area. The building consists of approximately 55,000 square feet of professional, Class A finishes. Tenants range from office users to medical practices.
