Mel joins Irwin Partners with twelve years experience in commercial real estate ranging from leasing and brokerage of office and industrial properties to acquisition of office, industrial and retail income properties. His career includes a major national brokerage firm in Dallas and vice president of acquisition for a major pension fund advisor in Chicago. His primary focus is brokerage of office, industrial and investment properties.
Robb Fiser joined Irwin Partners in 2006 as an Associate. He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. Robb's extensive knowledge and relationships throughout the State of Arkansas have allowed him to focus on areas of industrial, office, and retail, seller and buyer representation, strategic planning, site selections, transaction management, project/construction management, renewal and relocation studies, market surveys, and lease v. purchase analysis. Robb holds a sales person license with the Arkansas Real Estate Commission, the Louisiana Real Estate Commission, is a member of the Arkansas Realtors Association, ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), a CCIM Candidate (Certified Commercial Investment Member), Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce, and the AED (Arkansas Economic Development).
Robb is also involved in the community holding positions on the boards of The Cystic Foundation Arkansas Chapter, Camp Aldersgate, and the Pleasant Valley Property Owners Association. In addition, Robb is a member of the Top 25 Club, completed the Leadership Greater Little Rock program graduating with the Class of XXII and was named one of the Arkansas Business Top 40 under 40 business people in the state of Arkansas for 2008.
Greg Joslin is involved in all aspects of commercial real estate brokerage, leasing and client representation. His professional experience includes an extensive background in customer service, account management and business development. Greg comes to Irwin Partners after nine years at Arkansas' largest electric utility where he managed key governmental, community and customer relationships in the greater Little Rock area and had responsibility for a portfolio of high revenue customer accounts. Greg's professional career includes over eleven years in the economic development field - planning and directing national strategies to attract new business to Arkansas. In 2007, Greg was named to Arkansas Business prestigious "40 under 40" list.
Margi Tucker brings 25 years of real estate sales, management, marketing and leasing experience to Irwin Partners. As the former owner of her own real estate brokerage firm, a native to NW Arkansas, and the granddaughter of the famous "Mary Maestri" of Tonitown, Margi brings an attitude of enthusiasm and dedicated customer service to the firm. Margi is a member of the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce where she is currently serving on the Arts, Entertainment and Creative Economy Committee, Springdale Chamber of Commerce, and Metro Area Board of Realtors.
Since 2003, Matt Brown has led the real estate development activities for George's, Inc. and the George family related entities with a primary focus on Springdale, Arkansas. In joining Irwin Partners, Matt will combine the George family history and the breadth of their real estate development opportunities with the brokerage experience of Irwin Partners to create truly unique real estate opportunities in Springdale and across Northwest Arkansas. Matt currently serves on the Springdale Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, the Springdale Tomorrow Governance Council and the Northwest Arkansas Naturals Advisory Board.
